Never Stop Dancing collects personal information from you, which may include your:

name

contact information

relevant medical conditions or injuries (optional)

classes you have attended and passes / items you have purchased

Covid-19 vaccination status

We collect your personal information in order to:

run dance and dance fitness classes (both "in person" and online), and communicate with you about NSD classes and promotions / merchandise relating to those classes. We also collect information to meet the contact tracing requirements relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to meet the requirements of the Covid-19 Protection Framework.

We will share your personal information if required by law, including (where relevant) with Government agencies if required by law or policy relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide some information, you may not be able to attend "in person" NSD classes.

We keep your information safe by only allowing certain staff to access it and taking reasonable steps to keep it safe.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
