Never Stop Dancing online classes are super fun dance fitness classes that you can do at your place, anytime, 24/7, from anywhere in the world.
NSD classes are all about 4 things:
1. Fantastic Music – if it doesn’t make you want to dance, and sing along, it won’t make it onto the playlist. You will probably know & love most of the songs we dance to.
2. Amazing Moves – you don’t need to have danced or done dance fitness before, but if you have, you will still find new & interesting moves & combinations to keep you challenged.
3. Incredible Variety – NSD classes include a huge variety of music & choreography styles, genres & eras: Disco, 80s, Country, 50s, 60s, Showgirl, Movie Themes, Funk, Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, Latin, Bollywood … the list goes on. Once you sign up, you have access to a library of full-length classes, short blasts, & tutorials ... all available any time, anywhere, 24/7. New classes will be added on a regular basis ... I promise, you will never get bored.
4. Genuinely Fun Fitness – when you love the music, and you love the moves, you really get in the zone & give it your all. You end up working harder than if you were doing something less fun. As you get better at the moves, you automatically increase your intensity without even thinking about it. The result is your fitness, strength, balance & flexibility improve, and keep improving the more you dance.

You can play an NSD Online class on any device that can play YouTube videos, or you can cast NSD Online classes to any device that can have YouTube videos cast to it. The videos will play in full HD quality, with great sound. If you are not sure how to play the class on a particular device, or if there is a video quality issue, check out the FAQ below on Tech & Trouble Shooting.
Signing up to NSD Online classes is super simple:
Go to the ONLINE PLANS page.
If you are outside New Zealand, just check out the currency conversions in the blue squares to see the price in your currency* **.
Choose the plan you would like ... monthly or 12 month plans available.
Click on the sign up button. A Sign Up or Log In window will pop up. Choose the Sign Up option, and enter your email, and create a new password. This will be your password to log in whenever you feel like dancing.
Enter your secure credit card details, or use Paypal.
You will receive an email confirming that you are signed up, with a link to the members only page.
Log in with the email and password you signed up with ... choose a class, and dance, dance, dance!
Once you have logged in from a device, you probably won't have to log in from that device again.

There are 2 pricing plans available for NSD Online classes:
Monthly: you pay $24.99 (NZ dollars*) per month, every month unless you cancel your membership.
12 Months: you pay $199.99 (NZ dollars**) as a 1-off payment, for a year's dancing.

Once you have signed up for NSD Online classes, you can go to the NSD Online Members Area Page any time. If you go to this page from your usual device, you usually don't have to log in (the page will open automatically). If you go to the page from a new device, you may need to log in with the email you signed up with, and the password you created when you signed up.
To get to the NSD Online Members Area:
- Just go to the NSD ONLINE HOME PAGE, and click on the EXISTING MEMBERS LOG IN button near the top of the page; or
- You can click the button in the welcome email you received from NSD when you signed up.
To save time in the future, just bookmark the NSD Online Members page.
Yes. Absolutely! There are people doing NSD Online classes from all over the world.
I (Virginia) started NSD Online classes during a Covid 19 lockdown in 2020. Initially I thought it would just be people who came to my in-person classes (in Wellington, NZ) who would be interested. But, I opened the classes up to anyone, anywhere just in case others were interested. Soon, I had people signing up for classes from all over the world. The sign up process works with any currency, and the classes can be viewed by anyone who can view YouTube videos. Now, the NSD Online community includes people from loads of different countries, which I love! Why not join us 😊
NSD Online classes are "housed" on my YouTube channel as private/unlisted videos.
YouTube is used by millions of people all around the world. So, housing the videos on YouTube ensures that the videos:
- are in a format everyone is familiar with;
- have excellent video & audio quality;
- work for everyone, regardless of where they live, or what device they are using.
Note: you may get a small banner ad pop up on an NSD Online class video at the beginning (depending on what device you are watching the video on). Just click the X to get rid of the ad. This is just standard YouTube practice where a video contains popular music.
Yes. There will be new classes added to the NSD Online members only page on a regular basis ... so the library of classes you can do will grow and grow and grow.
One of the great things about Never Stop Dancing online classes is you can do the moves any way you like. If you want to jump around you can, but if you want to keep it low impact, you can. If you like to wiggle ... go for it. If wiggling is not for you, just don't. If you have danced before, then express yourself. If you haven't danced before, just start doing the moves with your feet and work up to including arms, hips etc.
But, if you are finding a particular routine a bit tricky ... or you have a fav track that you want to perfect ... then there are Learn the Steps tutorials available for NSD Online members.
Also, once you become a member, if you want to perfect a routine that doesn't currently have a Learn the Steps tutorial available, then you can email me (Virginia) and I can easily create a tutorial for that track.
A Learn the Steps tutorial will really help improve how you dance to a particular track, but it will also help improve your dancing generally, and help you understand how the moves in a routine can be broken down. The tutorials should be a really useful resource for Online members.
Yes. When you click on a class, it will play as a YouTube video. The first comment below the class will be a full playlist, with start times for each track that are clickable links. Just click on the start time next to your fav song, and the video will skip to that point ... easy!
Not sure which class your fav song is in? Once you are an NSD Online member, just click on the FIND A SONG OR PLAYLIST button on the members' page. All the songs we dance to are listed in alphabetical order. Once you find your song, just scroll across to the far right column, and there will be a link to the class that has that song.
Finally, if you find that you have a group of fav tracks that you always love to dance to, but they are scattered in different classes, just send me (Virginia) an email, and I can create a bespoke class for you. I have done this for a number of Online participants, and it is lots of fun.

If you don't receive confirmation emails, please check your spam folders. It is also possible you may have entered your email incorrectly when you signed up ... if you think this is the case, just go through the sign up process again.

The video quality is blurry:
NSD Online class videos are recorded in full HD 1080p, so if the video is blurry it is probably your video quality settings in YouTube. If you are not sure how to change the YouTube video quality settings on your device, just check out:

The video is glitchy or slow to load:
A glitchy or slow video could be an issue with your device (some older tablets struggle with video), or with your internet connection. Try the link on another device, or check out:

Just put cancel online membership as the subject heading, and pop your full name, and the email address that you used to sign up, in the body of the email. I will cancel your membership no questions asked. You will still be able to use your membership up until the end of the current period you have paid for.
Never Stop Dancing is a dance fitness & dance business that I (Virginia) created in Wellington, New Zealand in 2016. Never Stop Dancing (or NSD for short) is not a big box gym, or large online dance fitness portal. Rather, it is a small business that I started to share my passion for dance & dance fitness. Take a look at the About Page on this website to get an idea about my Wellington classes.
I started NSD Online classes in 2020 in response to a Covid-19 lockdown. I created the online classes for my Wellington customers to do while they were stuck at home. But, as I had a YouTube channel with a fairly large following, I decided to set up the online classes so that anyone, anywhere could do the classes, just in case people from other cities or countries might be interested. It turns out lots of people were :D!
NSD Online classes have now been going for 5 years. There are people dancing along with NSD Online classes from all over the globe.
In January 2023, I changed the format for NSD Online classes, from a pay per class model, to a membership model (like a Netflix model). This meant the system was more streamlined, and gave my customers more choice and variety for less cost.
