Earlier in 2023, Never Stop Dancing launched the new and improved NSD Online Dance Fitness classes. The feedback I have had so far about the new NSD Online classes is incredibly positive ... yippee! Welcome to all those new NSD dancers joining the new NSD Online.
My name is Virginia, and I run Never Stop Dancing here in Wellington, New Zealand. Never Stop Dancing (NSD for short) is all about dancing to music you love, with moves you can master, and genuinely fun fitness!! In 2020, when the Covid pandemic hit, I started NSD Online classes ... so that my Wellington regulars could dance at home while they were in lockdown. I decided to also make the classes available to anyone, anywhere, who might also like to dance at their place. I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested outside of Wellington, but it turns out lots of people from all over the globe started to dance along ... which was amazing!
Earlier this year, I decided it was time to change things up, and so now NSD Online classes are subscription based. You pay a monthly fee, or an annual fee, and you get access to lots of classes anytime you want, from anywhere in the world. At the date of writing this blog, there are 15 full classes available (which is 135 tracks) ... with lots of theme classes, so you can choose the class that best suits your mood. I will be adding new classes on a regular basis, so the list of classes available will grow, and grow, and grow!
Each class is pre-recorded, so the video and music quality are excellent. There are 9 tracks per class, so they are all about 30-40 minutes long.
