nsd's 7th birthday celebrations
In September 2023, we celebrated Never Stop Dancing's 7th Birthday. We had a Friday night party at The Grand on Courtenay Place, and a dress up Sunday morning party class, with a bit of Birthday cake at the end. It was so much fun! Watch in HD & turn it up!!
nsd's 6th birthday celebrations
Every year NSD has a Birthday celebration. In September 2022, we celebrated Never Stop Dancing's 6th Birthday with a fun Friday night party, and an equally fun Sunday morning party class ... it was so much fun. Crank up the volume on the highlights video above.
nsd CHRISTMAS CLASS
Every year NSD has a super fun Special Christmas / Holiday class. Fun tracks, little gifts for everyone, and yummy post-class treats. Love the costumes ... everyone always looks so good!!!
SPOOKY HALLOWEEN CLASS
Every year NSD has a Halloween class. Just an excuse to dress up and get our "Thriller" on. Lots of Spooky fun!
nsd mid-winter party: friday night lights
On Friday 14 June 2019, NSD held a big bangin' mid-winter party FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS.
It was such a wonderful night ... NSD Elevation 2019 performed ... then we had a big, fun NSD party class (fueled by a few bubbles and yummy nibbles) ... followed by an impromptu Night Fever flash mob on the waterfront ... and then we danced the night away. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a memorable night.
HEART ON THE DANCE FLOOR
On Sunday 28 October 2018, we held HEART ON THE DANCE FLOOR, a fun event to celebrate Never Stop Dancing's 2nd Birthday and two years of Wellington dance classes. On the day over 100 dancers left their hearts on the dance floor ... it was so much fun.
MAMMA MIA 2 ... MOVIE NIGHT AND FLASH MOB
On Friday 20 July 2018, we held an NSD Night at the Flicks to see "Mamma Mia 2 ... Here We Go Again".
This was a fun mid-winter event to celebrate the guilty pleasures that are ABBA, flash mobs, dress ups, food/drink and musicals set on imaginary Greek Islands.
The evening involved some delicious nibbles, a bit of dutch courage (bubbles), dancing (an ABBA flash mob ... 95 women dancing and singing their hearts out), and a private viewing of the movie Mamma Mia 2.
NSD IN THE NZ WOMAN'S WEEKLY
Never Stop Dancing featured in an article in the New Zealand Woman's Weekly. The article is really about how NSD came about :) . Here is the video of me doing aerobics on Telethon back in the day (as mentioned in the article - don't forget to watch in HD) :).
NSD SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER FLASH MOB 2017
On 26 November 2017 "Saturday Night Fever - The Stage Show" came to Wellington. A group of about 40 NSD regulars went to the show. For a bit of extra fun, a group of NSDivas met up beforehand for a wee drink (dutch courage), and a Flash Mob on Wellington's waterfront. The video above is a few snippets from that evening - don't forget to turn the volume up extra loud :).
